Sara is a lovely young woman, she is very caring and a good listener. She is excellent at one to one patient time. She is particularly good at her job, unusual for matrons that I have preciously met. Give her a pay rise for Christmas.

It was very structured and very organised. At times it felt very restricted but it was very good to ensure safety. It was a bit confusing as some nurses allowed to have headphones in my room but others didn't.
The staff were really friendly and approachable.

I would like thank the ward matron Sara, she has been really good to me.
A very patient lady, superb at her job.
You can see she cares for her patients and staff nothing is too much for her to do.
Brilliant lady, deserves recognition.
