No issues. Staff friendly and approachable. Good food plenty of tea!
We apologise you felt frustrated about not being able to have certain items, however this is individually risk assessed as part of the admission process with all patients in order to maintain patient safety. This is reviewed during all patient’s stay on the ward.

Staff always kind and go above and beyond their duty of care.
I frightened in the clinic. Strange staff trying to give me wrong medication. Yet on the bright side. Two staff were very helpful over something else.
I am sorry to read that you did not find the ward clinic a positive experience and you believe that staff were attempting to give you the incorrect medication, our staff use an electric system for dispensing medications and also have a robust medication competency which they all need to pass in order to dispense medications. It is good to read that you found some of the staff helpful.

Staff are very polite and action requests.
Some staff are amazing, especially cleaners.
Some are not and it’s a shame.
Staff were lovely. Dr. [name removed] helped a lot.
