Thank you for completing this review, we are pleased to see that you have rated our service so highly, and that you found staff to be professional. We try to provide as much information as possible to patients arounds the next steps after their admission, we do this during wards rounds were we discuss discharge plans, and endeavour to invite and have community services present during this discussions to explain their role and what to expect. We also offer the opportunity to meet with staff 1:1 to discuss their admission and experience and to help support them during their time on the ward.

Treated with respect from staff./nStaff was eager to attend my need felt safe throughout my stay.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this feedback, we are pleased that you felt staff treated you with respect. We are sorry that you felt your cultural needs were not appropriately met. Staff and encouraged to have these conversations with individuals when they are admitted on the ward to see how we can meet their needs. We also have a chaplaincy service within the hospital which has a multi-faith approach and can often support us to find specific help for specific religious and cultural needs.
