Mainly because Robert, { } both Katie and { } other staff (Stuart lu, Dr, Hont, Lonna, Clairs, Ibrahim) also includes every OT that works attentive { }./nAlso some other patients have helped me massive, some of which make me want to live again.

We appreciate you taking time to leave us this feedback and are pleased to hear you felt safe on the ward. There are many ways that staff try to involve patients during their admission, this might be during ward rounds where treatment options are discussed or during 1:1 sessions with staff where patients can set goals for their admission and formulate a care plan for their stay. Your feedback will be used during supervision for staff to reflect on their practice and ensure that we are involving and informing patients during their stay.

Staff try to support patients and their carers in a variety of ways, whether this is 1:1 time to discuss your admission and thoughts and feelings, or engaging in activities, and supporting the patient to meet their needs.
The staff do there best with the resources available to them.

Staff try to provide as much information as they can to our patients and their carers, this may come in the form of conversation or written information. All treatment plans and options are discussed during ward rounds and we try to provide sufficient information for patients to make decisions about their care and treatment. Your feedback will used during staff supervision to inform how provide information to our patients.
The staff were good. It is a busy job, and they were friendly and helpful. The staff treated me with respect.

* Harbour deals with a large range of mental illness. However, the care and attention given to the needs of each individual is very genuine and impressive.
