There are many ways that staff try to involve patients during their admission, this might be during ward rounds where treatment options are discussed or during 1:1 sessions with staff where patients can set goals for their admission and formulate a care plan for their stay. Your feedback will be used during supervision for staff to reflect on their practice and ensure that we are involving and informing patients during their stay.
