Appointments are cancelled. This is the 3rd appointment I have received (6/2/17 cancelled) (17/11/17 was cancelled) so it is almost 2 years since I had a follow up. Also a letter I sent of complaint to Mr Buchanans Sec was ignored I never had a reply to this. Treatment here is exceptional and I have been very pleased with everything today.

Everything which was going on explained to me very clearly and I thoroughly understood everything. Every treatment I have had over the last five years has been excellent and the care has been outstanding. The final outcome has exceeded all my expectations after my initial surgery for such a rare case.
