Appointments are cancelled. This is the 3rd appointment I have received (6/2/17 cancelled) (17/11/17 was cancelled) so it is almost 2 years since I had a follow up. Also a letter I sent of complaint to Mr Buchanans Sec was ignored I never had a reply to this. Treatment here is exceptional and I have been very pleased with everything today.
