The care my daughter received during her appointment today was not satisfactory. Dr Patel has an unacceptably aggressive attitude both to my daughter and to the medical student present in the room. The referral states that my daughter is quite nervous about detail procedures and this did not help her confidence or mine. Al other staff were polite and professional.

Nothing. Very slow service, meaning I will have to stay at work an extra hour today. Also consultant was very cold, did not seem to be interested. Complete waste of my time for a disgusting outcome. You need to improve efficiency in waiting time!

The Sjogren's rheumatologist spoke much too fast and was clearly in a huge rush and didn't give me time to ask questions or explain myself properly. The mouth consultant was very kind as usual.

Nurse and dental doctor were nice. Receptionists were so rude for no reason, I understand if someone is not being nice to them there's a zero tolerance policy.
