The care my daughter received during her appointment today was not satisfactory. Dr Patel has an unacceptably aggressive attitude both to my daughter and to the medical student present in the room. The referral states that my daughter is quite nervous about detail procedures and this did not help her confidence or mine. Al other staff were polite and professional.
