Could be improved.
Lack of continuity of dentist.
See a different re every time.
She seemed inexperienced.
Huge time delays between appointments "pay with your time" (nurse) which is difficult for you have(like me) metalized bone cancer and time is not and given.
Need more dentists-more appointments.

Being asked to report here as early as 7:00 am and being told after 3 hours wait to go elsewhere is very ridiculous. Please state at the reception that being here as early as 7:00 am is not a guarantee of being attended to. The service at the dental hospital is not patient friendly. Kindly address my concerns.

I like to say, Dr. Buchanan and his staffs are so good, their behavior was so kind. They look after patients with smiling and kind voice, and take care so nicely and friendly.
