Being asked to report here as early as 7:00 am and being told after 3 hours wait to go elsewhere is very ridiculous. Please state at the reception that being here as early as 7:00 am is not a guarantee of being attended to. The service at the dental hospital is not patient friendly. Kindly address my concerns.
