The doctor was very pleased and reassuring, brought her lending to the consultant t who came and checked also again very pleasant and reassuring, waiting time was not too long either.

Cannot fault cae received from George Bourn and his nurse, excellent.
Young receptionist on 1st floor was far from welcoming. She did not hear my name, when repeated she was quite dismissive. I was told I was on the wrong floor, but there was no interaction from her at all. I found her quite rude and lacking in patient care.

Excellent receptionist staff. Farhaana has been extremely helpful and has made my visit to the dental hospital very pleasant so a big thank you to hr. Nurses have been very polite and supportive during my treatment.

I did not get the right information over the phone which meant a confusion. I was refused treatment due to being discharged in 2013 but think this needs to be reconsidered on emergency situations.
