Cannot fault cae received from George Bourn and his nurse, excellent. Young receptionist on 1st floor was far from welcoming. She did not hear my name, when repeated she was quite dismissive. I was told I was on the wrong floor, but there was no interaction from her at all. I found her quite rude and lacking in patient care.
