The care was good as they took care but we were called late. Today was 11 mins but it can be up to 40 mins.
The quality of the service was great (including handover and being informed about my treatment etc), however it was extremely disappointing that I had to wait over three hours for a simple consultation for a removal of wisdom tooth. Especially so when I contacted the ward the day before to ask how long the appointment was likely to ask and was told a maximum of 20 minutes.
The trust must take into account lack of staff as this was perhaps what caused the delay (an example was that there were five x-ray rooms available in the ward, however only 2 radiographers).
Caring attitude, professional treatment. Only down side is there is always a long queue for the next appointment. That's understandable, because the service is popular!
Polite staff, everyone really nice, understanding and kind. Googles could be more fashionable.
Look very good care while treating.
The care/medical is first class.
However - the admin staff were rude and uncaring appointment time 9:30 and had been changed by 2 hours to 11:30 and we had not been notified. Left home at 7:00 am arrived at 9:30 and waited to be called at 11:38!! My husband is disabled and this caused him serious discomfort. 0 out of 10.
I was treated with the most care and kindness by all the people I saw today.
The team was professional, very caring and compassionate and the nurse (Neha) was very patient with me. Explained every thing step by step what I will be expecting, very pleased with her and I will definately recommend to my family.
I feel at ease knowing that I am getting the correct treatment.
