The quality of the service was great (including handover and being informed about my treatment etc), however it was extremely disappointing that I had to wait over three hours for a simple consultation for a removal of wisdom tooth. Especially so when I contacted the ward the day before to ask how long the appointment was likely to ask and was told a maximum of 20 minutes. The trust must take into account lack of staff as this was perhaps what caused the delay (an example was that there were five x-ray rooms available in the ward, however only 2 radiographers).
