Yes, very informative. The doctor and consultant both gave their full attention and time in seeing me and my problem. Dr Saudi and Dr Buchannan are both very compassionate and show that they really do care for patient care. I am completely happy. I didn't have to wait a long time.

Today I witnessed the white female receptionist quite rude and abrupt to clients who care to the A and E clinic of your department. She needs customer care training. No one deserve to be treated that way. I have always found all staff in the department caring and helpful. If this behavior was from patients to staff we would have been barred from attending clinic.
