Today I witnessed the white female receptionist quite rude and abrupt to clients who care to the A and E clinic of your department. She needs customer care training. No one deserve to be treated that way. I have always found all staff in the department caring and helpful. If this behavior was from patients to staff we would have been barred from attending clinic.
