I was given the opportunity to re-open my treatment which ended earlier this year. Unfortunately the appointment, although very thorough and informative, did not end with any more treatment. I was advised that alternative treatment could not be given under the NHS and I was advised by the Dental Consultant to return to my Dentist to enquire about implants.
My first impression of the reception area was airy and clean. The receptionists were fine. I had a wait for my appointment about three quarters of an hour I think but that was expected. The nurses and the doctor were efficient, informative, attentive, polite and friendly without being too personal. I was happy that hygiene was very important. Chair and equipment sparkly clean which gave me added confidence. All my questions were answered very fully and I felt confident in the doctor taking my biopsy. I had full explanations about what was going to happen and the doctor talked me through what he was doing. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Yes a very good and pleasant experience. The information sheet was good and after following instructions from the doctor and the leaflet I found my wound healed quickly. Thank you.
Reception and the doctor was clear with a smiley face.
The environment is clean and uptodate technically, the staff are friendly. The consultant is amazing (Lady from Singapore).

I've been thoroughly impressed with the care I've received throughout my time at the BH Dental Hospital. Dr Hiten Halai has been looking after me for almost a year and he has been professional all that time. He is excellent at explaining the issues with my gum disease and thorough in his education about how I can improve matters. The service always seems to run promptly and he has been wonderful at being sensitive to my fear of injections. The only frustration is the time it on occasion takes for the senior dentist to come and check the work of Dr Halai - I guess he has many students to follow. At my very initial appointment it would have been good to know that I was being looked after by a trainee dentist but the standard has been excellent. I also really like that Hiten uses email to book appointments with me - I always get the feeling the NHS are a little backward in this regard but that has not been the case here.
