It was good because well explained the situation and the updated the future and what will happen during when she was 16 year old after that she needs those implanted. Sadly it is not funded by the NHS so far really help child if everything covered.
I have no complaints. In fact if your staff within NHS were as good as Dr Bassi.
Happy time ahead.
Everything was good, thanks.
Pleasant quick staff. Happy to repeat what you didn't quite get the first time.
Quiet atmosphere.
Good experience.
Was just able to get treatment by mentioning referral by A and E doctors.
Triage phone line, hard to get through to a mobile number.
Repeatedly cut off, had to keep calling back. Cut off without warning.
Arrogant phone staff with poor communication skills.
No telephone for public to use.
No clear 'hotline' for people to call and no survey forms for a public.
Arrogantly and begrudgingly given an appointment on a 'do you want it or not' basis and only because A and E doctors aid so.
Told to come back 3 hours later.
Expensive facilities seemingly out of reach.
Very quick.
Friendly.
Very professional.
Thank you!
Warm, welcoming, fuzzy and nice. :-)
Receptionists at clinic 6 were extremely friendly and helpful.
My journey throughout my appointment has been lovely. I felt relaxed as I am not very good at dentists.
All staff that I have been in contact with at the surgery all showed friendliness.
