Was just able to get treatment by mentioning referral by A and E doctors. Triage phone line, hard to get through to a mobile number. Repeatedly cut off, had to keep calling back. Cut off without warning. Arrogant phone staff with poor communication skills. No telephone for public to use. No clear 'hotline' for people to call and no survey forms for a public. Arrogantly and begrudgingly given an appointment on a 'do you want it or not' basis and only because A and E doctors aid so. Told to come back 3 hours later. Expensive facilities seemingly out of reach.
