- Could explain (in more accessible terminology) what is happening more regularly and be more reassuring (this is about the consultant rather than the student).
- Kept having to fetch equipment which was not to hand.
- Kept having to find people (e.g nurses) because they kept disappearing.
- Overall this contributed to a more than 3 hour appointment, much of the time spent waiting around.

I do have one complaint however: The dentist was cleaning my teeth without an assistant which meant no was available to hold the suction tool, this made the experience uncomfortable for me due to saliva build up etc. At times I had to assist with the suction tool. I was told this was due to shortage of staff. This has happened to me on previous appointments.
