- Could explain (in more accessible terminology) what is happening more regularly and be more reassuring (this is about the consultant rather than the student). - Kept having to fetch equipment which was not to hand. - Kept having to find people (e.g nurses) because they kept disappearing. - Overall this contributed to a more than 3 hour appointment, much of the time spent waiting around.
