Continuity of care.
Saw my regular consultant who I've been seeing for 10 yrs.
He is interested in me remembers me and my other health issues. Not from notes, but clearly remembers.
He's great :-)
It was 1 hr 20 min wait i don't mind - others clearly noted the time with the doctor. But information on the waiting time.

That's my second time in dental hospital and I am so lucky to visit my consultant. Dr Said who examined me and found out the reason for my problem and started treatment which improved greatly my condition.
Thank you for all the staff in the dental clinical as well.
Good service of NHS.
