Continuity of care.
Saw my regular consultant who I've been seeing for 10 yrs.
He is interested in me remembers me and my other health issues. Not from notes, but clearly remembers.
He's great :-)
It was 1 hr 20 min wait i don't mind - others clearly noted the time with the doctor. But information on the waiting time.
