All the staff were friendly and professional there did not discriminate me considering my hiv status .The waiting period went past my appointment time but overall the staff are really good and explained every procedure that l understood

My doctor/nurse was great. Doctor Sunny. Always treats me with respect and gives me any information I need.

I think the reception staff need to be a bit more discreet. They talk too loud and make the patients talk loud which makes everyone hear what they are in for (a bit embarrassing).

Staff treated me well with compassion and kindness.

Provide a quiet area/room to feed my baby. Due to the waiting times being so long the baby got cranky and there was nowhere to comfort and feed her.
