Good friendly atmosphere, willing to converse and listen, surely the most difficult of any profession & one more dependent on the outcome than anything else.

All the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The physios were not as bossy as I had been told they would be! The food was much better than I thought, being a fussy eater I was pleasantly surprised! I have heard a lot of good things about Dickens ward from friends and it was everything they told me it would be. Just wished the visiting hours were a bit longer and the air conditioning was not so noisy, too hot and can't sleep or too noisy. Dickens ward staff Thank you I look forward to see you again soon

What little time I spent here was exellent. My operation was cancelled temporarily so I was made feel relaxed. Whilst waiting for transportation home. The nurses and doctors are special.

All care provided was superb. All staff, medical and domicillary are friendly and attentive. which made my stay as pleasant and reassuring as possible.

No words to express my stay at this ward due to my operation. When I arrived here on 8th of July I was little reluctant and nerved, but to my amazement, with care & support of the staff I recovered well. I had very high quality care. Well looked after by every single person on duty e.g. doctors, nurses & sisters, physiotherapist etc.
