Everyone was helpful + friendly. What was very good was I could also visit outside visiting hours and be allowed to assist with procedures and be taught how best to care for my father for which I am very grateful.

The bell took quite a long time to be answered sometimes which could be frustrating

The staff here have been wonderful nothing has been to much trouble. It couldn't have been better if it had been private. Thank you all your wonderful

Very efficient well run ward. Staff very friendly and cared for your every need. Would certainly reassure any one going in for surgery and the expert skill showing in Theatres.

Toilet roll holder is rubbish. 1 hr nap not long enough! Lovely staff- did need eye mask at night- it helped alot all good though.

The invitation to ask questions and the helpful and courteous answers. This releaves patient tension enormously, as does checking and re-checking of information.

The care was extremely professional and very caring were attentive and happy to help with even the smallest queries. Extremely good and clean, they have been wonderful. Excellent service thank you.
