Informal Patient.
I dont feel that my named nurse has spent any time with me. I feel she is unapproachable. If i am worried about anything she is the last person i would approach. I feel that other patients seem to have time with their named nurses but mine doesn't speak to me.
The rest of the staff are lovely. Very kind and always willing to listen to me and others. I get on with all staff and patients too.
