Airedale Centre for Mental Health

An absolute disgusting place. Supposed to have a line of care and to help those in crisis but instead neglect patients who are suicidal and leave them to take their own life. WOULD NOT recommend this trap to ANYONE. Laugh in faces when all you want is answers and refuse to show ID badges when they’re legally required too. This place needs shutting down. Complains and reports will be made. 1 star rating as it is. Not a stable place what so ever. Too many people have been turned away and looked at as ‘low risk’ when in REALITY are actually high risk and end up taking their own life in the NHS mental health centres care. They are to blame. They need shutting down.

staff were excellent and i couldn't complain. it would not frighten me to come back again if i had to.

I'm just bern hsppy with my care.

Don't like staff coming into my bedroom without knocking. Sometimes they knock, but not always and I could be getting changed or not fully dressed.
