All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from reception to radiology. Melissa, our nurse was fantastic. She spoke with my son rather than me. She kept him calm, reassured him and was kind but authoritative. He trusted her and felt better just from her treatment of him.

I was contacted quickly and where there was a delay I was updated and a new plan created.
I was listened to and this helped with the drs empathy to calm me so I could explain what was happening and what I needed the help with. I believe because of this I was admitted to hospital for 24 hours and due to the combined care am now discharged from hospital and can continue to recover at home.
