I was contacted quickly and where there was a delay I was updated and a new plan created. I was listened to and this helped with the drs empathy to calm me so I could explain what was happening and what I needed the help with. I believe because of this I was admitted to hospital for 24 hours and due to the combined care am now discharged from hospital and can continue to recover at home. Thank you Dr Healy

On this occasion I have no comment to make as everything was dealt with extremely efficiently
