The nurse was very efficient if I am early for appointment. She will always take me in early so there is no waste of my time.

We need doctor's with a bit of courtesy. We patient's aren't doctors and we need doctor's to be understand rather than seem to treat us stupid.

Find it virtually impossible to book an appointment with doctor of choice. Even hard with on line service. Morning phoning impossible for people who have travel to work and then can't make any caus till lunchtime.
