Fantastic service by all at Woodley centre surgery. Matters are always felt with in a caring and confidential manner. Receptionists are always helpful, caring, and do their best to help. The Doctors always give time, and listen to your concerns and needs and do their best to make you feel at ease and put your mind at rest. Genuine care given at all times.

Melanie Alford always treats me as an intelligent human being whom is aware of the detrimental side of my life. Stayle but does not try to lecture me about it. She understands that, although I am not about to end my life violently, I really have no wish to prolong it unnecessarily. I would for rather continue to see Melanie than any doctor- she has true compassion and understanding.

Everyone in this surgery is caring, kind and generally wonderful. I have never regretted my decision to move to this surgery and not r Milligan in here I am very pleased. Given if there is a mix up with appointments staff go out of their way to sort it out.

I think the care is excellent and the healthcare staff are extremely helpful and informative. I would especially like to highlight that Mei Alford is amazing, very helpful and informative, she does her upmost to make me feel extremely comfortable and I feel I have received the very best care.

GP's all respectful and seem to be interested in finding a solution for you. Receptionist are amazingly helpful and caring. Toilets need regular investment s not look old an unclean. 2x practices using 3 toilets is not enough.
