The waiting room is bright and comfortable and spacious. the receptionists friendly and helpful. The doctor is always smiling and concerned and all the systems, to me are amazingly quick and efficient. Improvements are happening all the time. The N H S is worth preserving ( at all costs).

I made 82 attempts to get through on 'phone line before getting into a queue to speak to a receptionist. Thereafter, everything was fine.

The appointments are always running late. Even the first appointments in mornings are running late. Staff at reception are polite and courteous.
