They use an online system to request prescriptions, however on multiple occasions I've turned up to pick up a prescription and for them to have no record of it - leading to a delay in my receiving my medication

Needed a blood test on time, quick and efficient, if slightly painful! And in and out in about 7 mins.

The waiting room is bright and comfortable and spacious. the receptionists friendly and helpful. The doctor is always smiling and concerned and all the systems, to me are amazingly quick and efficient. Improvements are happening all the time. The N H S is worth preserving ( at all costs).

I made 82 attempts to get through on 'phone line before getting into a queue to speak to a receptionist. Thereafter, everything was fine.

Dr Milligan is extremely kind and understanding and helpful. She is lovely.
