I couldn't fault any care I received from any of Wawn street doctors. They're all amazing in my eyes and I am a regular customer. :-).

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. Please be assured that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients.

Sine I have registered with this practice all of my life the care I have received has been professional, individualized to myself and extremely supportive.
The reception staff offer courtesy and respect, the over and small concern is telephone excess.

If your complaint is not urgent then you will possibly wait 2 weeks for an appointment. If you have an urgent need the receptionist will most probably fit you in on the day. The receptionists are always polite and helpful.
