Obviously, a good appointment system. Too long to wait. Doctors very good, no complaints.

Surgery was recommended to me by friends when waved to the area. They have some excellent GP's here, the kind that don't see a patient as a prescription to be filled. They are extremely helpful in getting real issues resolved. The front reception staff are also very helpful, but they are difficult to contact during busy periods.

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service with regards to the appointment system. We have sadly seen the parting of three GPs over a short period of time but have continued to provide the same level of GP appointments through the engagement of qualified sessional GPs. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. We would like to inform you that we have a recruitment drive underway to try to recruit GPs, however sadly we have experienced on-going difficulty in recruiting into these vacancies over the past 2 years .We would like to assure you that we always am to provide a high standard of services to our patients.

Pleasant staff, good care by doctors. Very helpful all round. Telephone answering, getting in touch difficult.

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that the practice did not meet your expectations of the service. As a practice we take feedback on our service very seriously and as an opportunity to identify how we might improve our service. In 2016 the practice carried out an audit of our telephony system - the results of which are displayed in reception and are on the practice website for all patients to see. This was in line with a request from members of our Patient Participation Group who work closely with the practice to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
