Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that the practice did not meet your expectations of the service. As a practice we take feedback on our service very seriously and as an opportunity to identify how we might improve our service In 2016 we did an audit of our telephony system - the results of which are displayed in reception and are on the practice website for all patients to see. This was in line with a request from members of our Patient Participation Group who work closely with the practice to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
