THIS SURGERY DOES NOT COMPLY TO THE ABOVE. RECEPTIONISTS ARE DEFENSIVE, RUDE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MISTAKES AND APPLOGISE, THEY STICK TOGETHER TO MAKE YOU LOOK BAD. HAVE REGISTERED ELSE WHERE
