I have been with this practice for many years and simply cannot fault it. Obviously, as with all practices, you have to ring very early in order to get an appointment on that day, but I always get one. The receptionists are efficient and the Doctors are professional and caring. I am very thankful to have such an excellent Doctors practice, I hear all the time of the horrors some people have to endure with their local Doctors.

I got a same day appointment and was not rushed. Doctor examined me and listened to my symptoms and concerns.

In my experience I can see nothing that would warrant improvement.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment, particularly if you work, no late appointments on offer.

More appointments and later appointments which should saved for working people.

All the girls on reception I have dealt with have always been quick efficient and compassionate. I have then seen Fiona a number of times with an issue with my daughters health and she has dealt with this from start to finish which helps my daughter as she’s a little anxious in a medical setting so the continuity puts her at ease. Fiona was brilliant with her and explained things to her in a child friendly way whilst also explaining to me. Always goes above and beyond where she can!
