The whole practice team provides those of lucky enough to live in and around Capel with unbelievably excellent service with a smile! Nothing’s ever too much trouble, the GPs are attentive, proactive and effective (special shout out from me for Dr Moffet, who has that rare blend of mainstream medical knowledge and open-mindedness - along with dogged persistence) and there’s even an on-site dispensary. Marvellous!

a) Polite, willingness to listen by the doctors.
b) Reception often not particularly friendly.
c) General; why are all the doctors in this practice part time? No wonder we sometimes have to wait 7-10 days to see someone. Thirty years ago one could tel at 9 O'clock and have an appointment that day without fail. Gradually the waiting time for an appointment has lengthened and hence you have to see whoever is available sent - hence a lack of continuity.
d). If our doctors are part time no wonder the A and E departments locally are being overwhelmed!

Caring staff, generally. Doctors don't make you feel like you are just a number and the appointments are never rushed.
