The care I receive from my GP and the others, plus the nurses and receptionists is excellent. I'm treated with respect and compassion. The appointment system works extremely well. From my personal experience I can't think of anything they could improve. The care given is already first rate.

I feel bad that the electronic check in service never seems to work for me so I have to annoy a receptionist instead!!

I rang in the morning and 20 mins later I had spoken to a doctor and was given an appointment for the same day. I think the service is excellent, you always get to see a doctor on the same day if you need to. All the staff I have spoken to have been very professional and helpful. I have no suggestions for improvement!

I rang lakes medical practice, and was given a gp call back, this I found helpful as I could discuss any problems, and not feel rushed. I was given an appointment that morning to see the gp I had spoken with. This again wasn't a rushed appointment, and although I was feeling ill and very anxious I felt gp dealt with everything very calmly, and professionally, and discussed any concerns well with good advice. Good communication, and follow up advice.
