Impossible to make an appointment.
Wanted appointment for my daughter who finished a cancer treatment few months ago and she suffers from painful symptoms. Sh has GCSE exams now so I can not take her off school.
First of all, there is always over 10 people in the queue on the phone when you call in the morning. You can not book appointments on different day than on the day of calling, which is also tricky due to other life arrangements.
When you manage to book an appointment eventually the doctor says to take paracetamol or ‚there is not much we can do’
We are sorry to read your comments, please contact us on lscicb-mb.surgeryinfo.jcp@nhs.net so we can talk things through in more detail. Kind Regards Donna
Doesn’t seem to be enough appointments available these days
My experience when I was last in was very good
Level of care is excellent
I booked an appointment on the 6th April, and the earliest appointment I could get was 3rd June. I think a two month wait is a bit excessive.
The James Cochrane Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
