Sometimes if you ask for face to face you are offered a telephone call first. Sometimes the Dr needs to see what is concerning you

I needed an appointment urgently and was able to telephone the surgery and make that appointment the same day.

I would have liked to book my appointment online so that I could have seen what was available & been able to choose a time that suited me, rather than the Receptionist having to go through the appointments she could see were free. I work full time & travel some distance to work so it can be difficult to get in

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
