I am a new patient and needed help at short notice...I found the service speedy, helpful, courteous and sympathetic to my concerns. The Doctor I saw was reassuring, professional and showed a lot of empathy...I am glad I joined this practice..thank you...

Twice I have had to go to Westmorland urgent treatment centre because there were no appointments available. My treatment there was very good.

More available appointments but I know this is probably difficult.
Whenever I have seen or spoken to staff on the phone all of them have been kind and reassuring.

Reception staff were not happy I would not give a reason as to why I needed an appointment. I do not wish to disclose this information to non clinical staff and this should not affect me receiving an apppointment.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
