Easy to book a blood test, a couple of weeks ahead, when I needed one.
Suggested improvements
It’s a pity JCP are not running the Covid autumn boosters, the NHS system is very poor.
Booked my Flu vaccination at JCP with no problem.

Gave up on the telephone, was always 10 in the queue ahead of me. Tried to book flu hap receptionist said to phone three days later only still to be 10th in the queue

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
