If you don’t ring at 8am, virtually impossible to get an appointment without waiting at least a couple of weeks.

My appointment was a continuity follow up appointment and the Doctor was brilliant. He listened to my every word, explained in detail what I wasn't sure on and what to do next. I left the surgery feeling more confident about going forward with my health issues and dealing with them.
I could not have asked for a better all round service from the surgery - JCP you are true professionals for patient care.

Got appointment easily, nurse was professional and efficient, no issues with taking blood. All done in 5 minutes.

Self check in system was confusing as my details never came on the screen, so I was unsure if it was actually my appointment. I had to ask the receptionist to confirm I'd checked in. So could have just checked in with her.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
