Appointments were full but I was going away anyways so the timing worked out for me. Receptionist on the phone was lovely and I felt she went above and beyond for me. [name removed] was nice and to the point which I appreciate. She has also made the time to get back to me to ask how I am getting on. The ECG went smoothly and the guy was nice to talk to. Results have been given back to me in good time

Everything so far has been great. I am hoping I will get further advice/support when all my results are back as to what I can do next because I feel in past experiences this has been lacking at times but that was only with appointments with the hospital or external sources.

I rang with a problem that could have been quite serious, I was given an appointment the next day and seen to in a timely manner it was great from start to finish. The Doctor was very reassuring and took my concerns seriously, whilst remaining friendly and professional.

The appointment was later than it should have been but an apology was given and these things happen.

I rang on a Wednesday morning in a lot of pain with a very swollen knee and due to go on holiday the next day. Got an appointment with the physio, [name removed], at 9am the next morning. Couldn't believe it!! Brilliant! He took lots of time, was so thorough and reassuring...in loch lomond now because of him and your wonderful receptionist....thank you so much!!!!

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
