Initial appointment cancelled by surgery. New appointment then moved by surgery. Then only a telephone call appointment which [name removed] to an actual appointment six weeks after trying to make the original appointment.

It takes to long to contact the Surgery, with the number of people in the queue.

We were seen quickly and minimal waiting. The nurse who administered mias flu nasal spray was lovely and [name removed] felt very at ease.

Not taken senais the extent and severity of the condition. Not taken into account the fact that our son is severely disabled and we know him better thank you!

Listened to us! The problem with our sons bounds going on a long time should have been sent for a scan immediately after over 4 weeks of problems he had and before that.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
