It’s seems like an impossible task to ever get to see a Dr face to face, let alone the same Dr. twice

Make appointment book window at least a month so you can book your next monthly appointment when you are the surgery.

The nurse was lovely and very helpful but at the nurses request I needed a face to face appointment with a doctor so while I was there I tried to make one and at no surprise here wasn’t any for the next 3 weeks and no other appointments had been released yet. The receptionist tried her hardest to help but I had to leave without an appointment.

You could of booked me an appointment.
I used the ask my gp app and they booked me a telephone appointment which would of been pointless even tho I need a face to face so I cancelled it. I rang at 8 o’clock in the morning on my day off and you had no appointments.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
